Along with sodium, phosphorus prevents and controls osteoporosis in the body. We prepare various recipes with potatoes. For example : potato cake, potato fried, potato Dum, potato Gyps, potato Korari, potato Patty , potato Jol, potato Burta etc. Many different recipes can be prepared and eaten with potatoes.
Dal: Various recipes can be made with dal. We prepare different recipes with dal.Various recipes like gourd dal, shrimp dal, dal fried, dal Bharta,dal suji, dal khichuri etc. Dal fulfills our sodium deficiency.
Vegetables and raw fruits :Vegetables and raw fruits include sodium. For example : cauliflower, cabbage, cabbage, raw mango, raw tomato, spinach, litchi, pineapple, jackfruit seeds, raw papaya, carrot.
